Get With It

Free · 15 minutes · Owner to owner

Fifteen minutes that pay for your next quarter.

Tell Brian how your place runs today. He has sat behind the bar at hundreds of them. You will leave with two or three specific things to do this month, whether or not you ever work together.

Brian calls back within one business day. No deck. No pressure.

You walk away with

  • A straight read on whether your current system is holding the place back, or is fine.
  • The one lever most likely to add guests or ticket size at your kind of venue.
  • If you want it, a plain-English number on what your processing should cost.
  • Those three things, written down, in your inbox the same day.

Sound familiar?

You know something should be better. You do not have time to figure out what.

“Sales are up and I am taking home less.”

Costs crept in. Processing, software add-ons, labor spent fighting the system. Nobody looked at the whole picture at once.

“Every vendor says they are the answer.”

Brian installs three different systems and will tell you which one is wrong for you. That is a different conversation than a demo.

“I do not have a free afternoon for a sales meeting.”

Fifteen minutes on your phone, between the lunch close and the dinner prep. That is the whole ask.

How it goes

Three steps. The first one takes a minute.

1

Tell him what you run

The form below asks what kind of place, what system, and your number. That is it. He reads it before he dials.

2

Fifteen minutes on the phone

He asks about your nights, your tabs, your regulars, your headaches. You ask whatever you want. Nothing is off the table, including “should I stay put.”

3

Your short list, in writing

Two or three things worth doing this month. If one of them involves us, he will say what it costs. If none do, you still have the list.

Real venues, real systems, the good and the bad. We do not publish quotes we cannot stand behind.

“We ditched Toast after seeing Brian’s comparison, and we could not be happier with SmartTab. Setup was fast, and support has been 100% better.”

“The only person I’ve seen actually explain the differences in plain English.”

What kind of place?
  • No contract to sign
  • You talk to Brian, not a rep

Before you book

Is this really free?

Yes. No card, no contract, nothing to cancel. Brian does these calls because the owners who take them tend to become customers later, and the ones who do not still send their friends.

What if I already have a POS I like?

Good. Keep it. The call is about the room: who comes in, how fast tabs turn, who comes back. A lot of what grows a place does not require changing the system, just using the one you have.

Will I get a sales pitch afterward?

You will get a short follow-up with the things you talked about written down. If you asked about a system or processing, you will get a plain answer with numbers. Nobody will call you every week.

Why fifteen minutes?

Because that is how long it takes to find the two or three things that matter most for your place. Anything longer is a working session, and that comes later if you want it.

What do you need from me before the call?

The form below. Business name, what you run today, and what kind of place it is. If you have a recent processing statement handy, keep it nearby. You do not have to send it.

Still reading? That is fifteen minutes you could have spent on the call.

Your place, your nights, your numbers. Two or three things worth doing this month.
